Kathmandu, 18 October : The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an interim order barring the elected representatives of local bodies from drawing monthly salary and other remuneration.
The constitutional bench has issued the order barring them from receiving such benefits citing that the Constitution does not have explicit provision , according to the apex court. The court pronounced the verdict today.
