Kathmandu, 18 October : The remaining works of the Melamchi Drinking Water Project, on of the national pride projects has resumed after a hiatus of nine months. The works resumed after the Melamchi Drinking Water Project and the contractor Sino Hydro signed a pact a few days ago.
The remaining task of head works and tunnel will be completed within 15 months from now, according to the Project Chief Triresg Khatri. Skilled workers are toiling hard aiming at concluding the project within stipulated time of 15 months.
