Kathmandu, 18 October : A missive embezzlement of funds at the Udaypur Cement Factory has been reported. Subas Raut, one of the board of directors of the factory appointed by the then minister Mahesh Basnet, breaching the existing financial regulations, have embezzled over Rs. 25 million, reports Sanghunews.com. Raut, abusing the authority of his position in association with the then General Manager of the factory embezzled the fund.
