Kathmandu, 17 October: Is it possible to get daily Rs 57 thousand as salary/allowance in Nepal?

Chief Executive Officer of the Sanima Bank Ltd, Bhuban Dahal is receiving 57 thousand 93 as salary/allowance per day.
Dahal had received 20 million 839 thousand rupees as salary/allowance from the Bank in last fiscal year. It becomes 57 thousand 93 rupees in one day.
CEO Dahal, in the last fiscal year, had paid 7 million rupees, i.e. 36 percent as income tax to the government.
Bank’s other staffers are also withdrawing good salary and allowance. High ranking officials receive 4 to 5 hundred thousand rupees as salary/allowance. Junior level staffers are also receiving 35 to 40 thousand rupees as salary and allowance.
In the last fiscal year, the Bank had earned 2 billion 26 million rupees as net profit. The Bank had distributed 10 percent bonus share and 11 percent cash dividend to its share holders in last fiscal year, reports Aajako Artha Online Portal.
