Kathmandu, 11 October: All the 32 wards of the Birgunj Metropolitan City have been dengue infested. According to media reports, at least 146 people have been diagnosed with the deadly disease.
The mosquito-borne infectious disease which was first reported in Dharan in May has spread in many parts of the country over the months. As the weather is turning cooler, the threat of dengue may be on the decline.
