Kathmandu, 16 September: The Baburam Bhattarai and Upendra Yadav led Federal Socialist Party has decided neither to celebrate nor to oppose the constitution day event on 20 September.
In a press release issued today, the party has stated that the party’s central executive committee has decided for not lighting candles expressing joy and not observing the day as the black day.
