Kathmandu, 1 September: The Home Ministry has formed a four-member probe committee led by Sagarmani Pathak, under-secretary in the Ministry to investigate the killing of cows and oxen in Katkuwa and ByureniKhola, Birendranagar Municipality, Surkhet.
