Kathmandu, 11 August: Police have arrested outlawed Netra Bikram Chand-led Nepal Communist Party-close cultural wing’s general secretary Khem Thapaliya. Thapaliya was arrested from his residence at Putalisadak.
According to Metropolitan Police Range Kathmandu, Thapaliya was arrested from his residence and has been kept at the police office.
