Kathmandu, 30 July: Police have arrested Dhirendar Upadhyaya alias Bhrikuti, Kathmandu district secretary of banned group led by Netra Bikram Chand aka Biplav on Tuesday afternoon. Earlier Maila Lama, Kathmandu bureau in-charge of the same group was arrested.
