Kathmandu, 12 July: The rebellious Maoist group led by Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav has expressed its desire for negotiations with the government.
According to media reports, a standing committee meeting held last week has decided to sit for dialogue with the government provided that it formally puts forth a dialogue proposal.
The revolutionary group, as per the suggestions from the civil society, political forces and media, decided to resolve all the problems through dialogue.
