Kathmandu, 25 June: Nepal Army’s choppers are being misused by the Nepal Communist Party leaders. According to Naya Patrika daily, the Chief Minister of Karnali Province Mahindra Bahadur Shahi and Social Development Minister Dal Rawal used Nepal Army’s helicopter to attend party’s political programmes in Humla and Kalikot district on Sunday.
