Kathmandu, 13 June: Police in Jumla have arrested Chandra Bir Tiruwa alias, Rabi Kiran, Jumla in-charge of Biplav-led rebellious group. Police raided the house of Tiruwa on Wednesday night and arrested him, according to Nepal Police news dispatch.
