Kathmandu, 15 May: The police have arrested a cadre of the banned Communist Party of Nepal led by Netra Bikram Chand from Chhedagadh municipality-12 in Jajarkot district on Tuesday night.
Kailash Pun, in-charge of the municipality, has been kept at the custody of district police office, and investigations are ongoing, according to Nepal Police.
