Kathmandu, 12 May: The Supreme Court is all set to hear a review petition on its landmark 2015 ruling relating to Enforced Disappearances Enquiry, Truth and Reconciliation Commission Act-2014.
According to The Kathmandu Post daily, the petition that gathered dust in the apex court for four years is up for hearing this Thursday. The conflict victims are cautious as reversal of the verdict, which struck down amnesty provisions, could jeopardize transitional justice process, reports the paper.
