Kathmandu, 9 May: The committee formed to recommend office-bearers for Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) and Commission for Investigation on Enforced Disappeared Persons (CIEDP) has extended deadline for three more days to apply for the posts at TRC and CIEDP.The TRC and CIEDP had sought applications for Chairman and members on April 8.
A meeting of Council of Ministers on March 25 had decided to form a five member recommendation committee led by former Chief Justice Om Prakash Mishra. The Committee has called for vacancies to fulfill the posts in both commissions.
