Kathmandu, 7 May: A five-year-old girl has lost her life due to mismatch of blood transfusion while undergoing treatment at Sahid Gangalal National Heart Centre.
Aakriti Kumari Sah of Sisaudiya Municipality in Sarlahi district with “O” positive blood group was transfused “A” positive blood that led to fatal consequences.
