Police arrested two others cadres of Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ on Tuesday for their alleged involvement in planting the bomb at Ncell central office in Nakhkhu, Lalitpur.
The Metropolitan Police Crime Division (MPCD), Teku, detained Jumla district-secretary Bir Bahadur Kadayat, and Chandra Bahadur Tiruwa.
One was killed and two were injured when the bomb went-off at the Ncell central office on February 22, 2019.
According to MPCD in-charge and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Dhiraj Pratap Singh, the CCTV footage clearly showed Kadayat and Tiruwa planting the bomb at the incident site.
Police had already arrested Surya Bhujel, mastermind behind the bomb blast.
