The government has appointed Dr Ramesh Kumar Dhungel, an expert on Buddhism and culture, as the Vice Chancellor of Yogmaya University.
On this occasion, the Dhungel community in Kathmandu honored him.
Social worker Madhav Khanal also attended the event.
