Kathmandu, May 19: Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has called a meeting of the Central Committee. The RPP has convened a meeting of the Central Committee in Kathmandu from May 24 to 26.
Leader Rajaram Shrestha informed that the party’s ideological approach to issues such as Hindu Rashtra, federalism, state of party organization across the country, work progress of mass organization, and resolution of internal disputes of the party will be discussed in the meeting.
According to him, the current situation will be discussed. In the meeting, by balancing the provinces, regions and geography, assigning the responsibilities of the leaders to the necessary places, as well as discussing the action plan necessary to expand the organization and establish the party at the basic level.
Party chairman Rajendra Lingden will present a contemporary political report and general secretary Dr. Dhaval Shamsher Rana will present an organizational report. Leader Shrestha said that the upcoming program of the party, increasing youth participation, and necessary changes in the statute will also be discussed in the meeting.
According to the party office, arrangements have been made for the information collection center for the news dissemination of the meeting, which will be inaugurated by the party president Lingden, the management of the identity cards of the participating representatives, and volunteers for the security arrangements. Around 400 delegates will participate in the meeting.
