
Kathmandu, May 17: 180 Buddhist pilgrims from Vietnam have come to visit Nepal. According to Rupsey Holidays, they have come to visit Nepal through a charter flight. According to the travel agency, this number is the first time that Vietnamese Buddhists have come to Nepal.
The pilgrims came directly to Kathmandu from Hanoi, Vietnam via Himalaya Airlines charter flight.
Vietnamese tourists came to Kathmandu on a 7-night and 8-day trip. They are scheduled to visit various Buddhist monasteries and chaityas in Kathmandu Valley. They will also go to Halesi Darshan.
These Vietnamese nationals who came as purely religious tourists are scheduled to visit various chaityas and monasteries in Kathmandu for six days and 1 night in Halesi for meditation and Buddhist education.
There plan to visit White Gumba, Pharping, Swayambhu, Namobuddha and Patan. By saying that they stayed in five-star hotels in Nepal, the company also mentioned that it is possible to bring in Vietnamese tourists who prefer luxury travel to Nepal through this tour.
