Kathmandu, 30 October: Netrabikram Chand Biplav is scheduled to address a mass meeting at the open theater in Kathmandu on 24 November. To recall, Biplav is carrying political activities while remaining underground.

According to the Nepal Communist Party led by Biplav, above one hundred thousand people is expected to attend the mass meeting in Kathmandu, reports Nepal Samacharpatra daily.
