Kathmandu, September 21: Kathmandu Metropolitan City is going to distribute ambulances to 35 rural municipalities.
Mayor Balen Shah has informed through social media that the distribution of ambulances, which was stopped for a year, is going to start from Monday.
In the first phase, ambulances will be distributed to 35 remote rural municipalities across the country.
Shah said that priority has been given to the backward areas in the absence of health facilities by making transparent criteria for the distribution of ambulances.
