Kathmandu, September 13: Prime Minister of the Interim Government, Sushila Karki will assume office at Singhadurwar on Sunday, September 14.
Reports state that after the oath ceremony on Friday night at Shital Niwas, she went to her private residence and waiting for an auspicious time to assume office, as suggested by her fortuneteller.
Karki refused to assume office on Friday and even on Saturday, and was waiting for an auspicious time suggested by her fortuneteller.
PM Karki is scheduled to meet with victims of the Gen Z movement on Saturday. Sources said that there is a program to extend sympathy to the injured youth undergoing treatment in the hospitals.
Meanwhile, she has been scheduled to inspect the police offices that were damaged during the movement.
