Complaint filed against KP Oli at Baneshwor Police

Kthmandu, Sept 13l: A complaint has been filed against former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli at the Metropolitan Police Circle, New Baneshwor, accusing him of ordering police to open fire on peaceful protests by the Gen Z youth.

Former House of Representatives member and Nepali Congress lawmaker Abhishek Pratap Shah submitted the complaint through Kapilvastu Chief District Officer Dil Kumar Tamang.

The complaint alleges that Oli personally gave the order to fire, leading to the deaths of more than a dozen young people aged 17 to 45 and injuring many others.

The names of those killed include Sulabh Raj Shrestha, Yam Chaulagai, Buddhi Tamang, Missal Saru Magar, Paruhang Utmal Rai, Yogendra Nyaupane, Binod Maharjan, Dil Narayan Tamang, Pravin Kulung, Umesh Mahat, Nita Gautam, Saurav Kishor Shrestha, Subash Bohora, and Niraj Pant.

The complaint accuses Oli of a heinous crime and demands a thorough investigation and legal action based on evidence. It also asks that post-mortem reports and on-site inspection records be submitted as evidence.
