Kathmandu, August 11: Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari's daughter Usha Kiran Bhandari has resigned as a member of the UML's central department.
Daughter Usha Kiran was unhappy with the decision of the UML not to renew her mother Bidya's party membership. She, who was a member of the UML's Foreign Affairs Department, submitted her resignation 3 days ago.
Usha is Bidya's eldest daughter. Usha Kiran has not said anything about this yet. UML is also keeping it a secret.
