Kathmandu. May 21: Amidst the sloganeering of the main opposition Nepali Congress, the House of Representatives passed a resolution to thank the President.
President Ramchandra Paudel presented the government’s policies and programs at the joint meeting on Jesth 1. Due to the NC’s obstruction, the motion of thanks could not be submitted.
Even on Tuesday, the Congress MPs surrounded the well and raised slogans, meanwhile, the Speaker continued the House meeting. Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal submitted a motion of thanks. The House passed it amidst the NC’s protest.
