Kathmandu, May 18: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has agreed to form a parliamentary inquiry committee into the cooperative fraud.
According to Nepali Congress leader Ramesh Lekhak, the Prime Minister said that he was ready to resolve the current political deadlock by forming a parliamentary committee in a discussion held at Baluwatar on Saturday morning.
The PM has agreed to form an inquiry committee. We have taken it positively. “We will hold internal discussions as well, but the matter has not moved forward to the level of mentioning Ravi Lamichhane’s name in the inquiry committee,” he told Lekhak.
Meanwhile, PM Dahal said that the political parties may reach an agreement for ending the deadlock in Parliament by Sunday morning.
