Kathmandu, 9 November: The government has decided to change the provincial heads of Province 1,Karnali and Far Western Provinces. The cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to change the provincial heads in three provinces. The meeting has recommended Parshuram Khapung in Province 1, Tilak Pariyar in Karnali and Devraj Joshi in Far West as the provincial chief.
According to reports, Khapung was appointed from Janata Samajwadi Party and Pariyar from Maoist Center. Joshi is also a former Congress MP. Earlier, Somnath Adhikari was the chief of Province 1, Govinda Kaluni in Karnali and Ganga Prasad Yadav in the Far West.
