Kathmandu, 17 November: Aftab Alam, who is facing the charge of killing 23 persons by throwing those wounded victims of a bomb explosion alive into the brick factory, has been sent to the Nakhu jail in Lalitpur from Rautahat jail.
Alam was brought to Nakhu jail Saturday morning.
The Rautahat District Court on Friday had given verdict for keeping him under the judiciary court. Considering security threat, he was sent to Nakhu jail overnight.
Facing security threat, the district court judge and attorney had quit Rautahat immediately after giving the verdict to keep Alam under the judiciary court.
