Kathmandu, 7 July: The ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) is all set to publish the political document that could be assessed only by the two chairmen Khagda Oli and Prachand for the past 13 months.
The two chairmen have decided to publish the document on Monday, according to Prachand. He revealed so while inaugurating the general convention of unification of Nepal Telecom staffers union. He pointed that a major work of unification has been completed with this, ending confusion about the political line, ideology and procedure of the party. He had met Oli today in Balutar.
