Kathmandu, 22 June:Monsoon that started from the eastern region of the country on Thursday has reached the central region today, the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) stated. The monsoon is gradually expanding to the western parts bringing rain in its way. With this, the occurrence of rainfall will increase progressively providing relief from unbearable heat.
According to MFD the generally cloudy condition will prevail in many places of the country with chances of moderate rain along with thunder in many places of the eastern region today. The weather will become partly to generally cloudy throughout the country tonight with possibility of rain in most places.
