Kathmandu, 4 May: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has said that Chinese President Xi Jinping was ready to extend every possible support to realize the dream ‘prosperous Nepal, happy Nepali’.
Presenting the government’s annual policies and programmes at the joint session of the Federal Parliament on Friday she said that her recent visit to China was productive to take bilateral ties to a new height.
She noted that the seven agreements including the protocol on the implementation of the Transit Transport Agreement reached during her visit were of great significance in furthering bilateral bonds. The President also stated that Nepal’s relationship with India and China has further deepened through exchange of high level visits in the past one year.
