Gagan Thapa, the projected youth leader of the Nepali Congress doesn’t speak of Nepali concerns, but represents those foreign powers which have sponsored him. All are aware about this fact.
Just recently, Thapa expressed his serious concern and demanded that a national holiday on the occasions of different communities.
Of course, we are not against giving holidays to different communities on their auspicious occasions, however, the entire nation should not remain closed on such occasions i.e. the concerned community should be granted holiday and the remaining community will go for work.
In the meantime, since adoption of the present “loktantra” the government has undermined the contribution of the kings including founding of modern Nepal, Prithivinarayan Shah the Great. When our Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is sympathetic towards the ethnic communities, he should not forget the great unifier of the nation. Obviously, we cannot expect glory of being Nepali from GaganThapa as he is just a puppet of foreign powers.
