As per its commitment, Machhapuchre Bank Ltd has paid insurance amount of Rs 43800 to its client Bindita Tyata, member of Bank’s smart saving scheme.
Under this scheme, the Bank had offered five hundred thousand rupees worth accident insurance, minimum one hundred thousand rupees worth hospital expenditure and five thousand rupees worth medical expenditure to its saving account holders having minimum balance of Rs 5000.
Tyata, smart account holder in the Bank, had claimed the amount spent for her treatment at a hospital.
When Tyata received the insurance amount from the Bank, she expressed the view that she had never expected to receive the insurance amount.
