Kathmandu, July 10: The UML has issued a whip to all its members of the House of Representatives to attend the House of Representatives meeting on July 12 and vote against the confidence motion to be faced by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal.  

UML chief whip Mahesh Kumar Bertaula issued the whip today.
