Kathmandu, June 17: Thai Airways is preparing to operate a wide-body flight from Bangkok to Kathmandu from September 15. Thai currently operates two daily flights from Bangkok to Nepal via Narrow-body aircraft 320.
According to Society International Travel, preparations are being made to fly wide-body aircraft as the number of passengers has increased.
Thai started flying to Nepal in 1968 from Bangkok to Kathmandu via Calcutta.
Since then, Thailand, which has been operating regular flights, stopped flying for three years due to Covid-19.
