Kathmandu, April 28: Vote counting of the by-elections in Ilam 2 and Bajahang 1 has started and at the initial phase, in Ilam, the NC candidate is leading the UML candidate with a thin margin.
In Bajhang 1, the UML candidate is leading by keeping behind NC and Maoist Center candidates.
A by-election for the House of Representatives was held in Ilam 2 and a by-election for one post of the Province Council was held in Bajhang 1 on Saturday, April 27.
