Kathmandu, January 26: The alliance candidate from the Maoist Center defeated the election, whereas, the UML candidate won the election in the National Assembly election from the Koshi Province.
The total vote value of the alliance candidate was five thousand 398 in the Koshi Province, even though, the Maoist candidate was defeated by receiving only four thousand 992 votes.
The Main Opposition Party, UML, had developed an alliance with the RPP, even though all the UML candidates didn’t vote for the RPP candidate.
The Maoist Center in Koshi Province believes that the NC betrayed the common candidate, whereas the RPP believes that UML betrayed its candidate.
In Koshi Province, the alliance candidate from the NC, Krishna Sitaula, got elected, whereas, Maoist Center’s Champadevi Karki lost the election.
Opposition party UML’s Rukmani Koirala won the election.
From the opposition alliance, RPP’s Uddav Poudel was the candidate but he was defeated.
