Kathmandu, 16 November: The Chinese Communist Party (CPC) has provided relief materials for the victims of the Jajarkot earthquake.
The CPC, International Department, has handed over relief materials worth 27 million 475 hundred thousand rupees to the victims.
The relief materials were handed over by Wang Xin, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu, to the leaders of different political parties. Nepali Congress leader Ramhari Khatiwada, UML leader Dr Rajan Bhattarai, Maoist Center leader Jeevanram Shrestha jointly received the relief materials for the victims.
The Embassy is transporting the relief materials to the earthquake-hit areas, said Dr Bhattarai.
