Kathmandu, 7 November: After criticism from all sectors, President Ramchandra Paudel, who was preparing to leave for the Europe visit, has cancelled the visit for the time being.
Many social network users had asked the President to quit the Europe visit, spending millions of rupees and sending that amount for the relief support of the earthquake victims.
President Paudel, however, is flying to the earthquake-hit districts today, neglecting to advise from intellectuals through social sites.
Intellectuals had suggested sending more relief support and medical teams by ending the crowd of VIP/VVIP visits in the quake-hit districts.
