Kathmandu, 9 October: Former King Gyanendra Shah has expressed sorrow over the deaths of 10 Nepalese students in the attack in Israel. He also expressed his concern that thousands of Nepalis who are in Israel for study and employment are in a crisis due to the impact of the war.
In a message issued by his press secretariat on behalf of the former King Shah, it is said, “In such a situation of separation, pain, and crisis, we have realized that there is a need for Nepal to take immediate action and exhibit diplomatic ability to rescue, treat, and return all Nepalis to their homeland.”
Keeping in mind that conflicts and wars will not do good anywhere in today’s world, the former King Shah also made it clear that there should be positive efforts from all sides to improve mutual relations.
