Kathmandu, 2 October: The Commission for Investigation on Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case against the then member secretary Dr Pradeep Kumar Dhakal and then treasurer Milan Kumar Thapa of the Pashupati Area Development Trust for manipulating gold allotted for Jalahari at the Pashupatinath Temple.
The Commission has alleged them for embezzling one Kg 491. 718 grams of gold worth ten million 171 thousand 781 rupees by them.
