Kathmandu, 6 August: The Central Investigation Bureau under the Nepal Police has grilled Dipesh Pun, the son of former Vice President Nandkishore Pun. Dipesh reached the Bureau office in Maharajgunj and gave a statement. The CIB took the statement following his frequent contact with those who are under investigation in the case of 60 kg gold smuggling. The Revenue Investigation Department had recovered 155 kg of brake pads, hiding gold inside. After 19 days, CIB got the entire responsibility for its investigation. In that process, 25 people including 6 foreign nationals have been arrested by CIB.
