Kathmandu, 21 August: Queen Mother Ratna Rajya Laxmi Devi Shah has turned 96 today. 

Bhadra 4 is being observed as the birthday of the Queen Mother, spouse of King Mahendra and mother of unconstitutionally dethroned King Gyanendra.
