Kathmandu, 18 February: An agreement has been reached between Nepal Police and Global IME Bank Limited (GIBL) to establish ‘Nepal Police-Global IME Bank Scholarship Fund’. A memorandum of understanding regarding cooperation in the operation and management of the fund has also been signed.
The Bank has provided Rs. 2.5 million for the establishment of the fund. Ratnaraj Bajracharya, chief executive officer of the bank, handed over the check to Inspector General of Police Dhiraj Pratap Singh and exchanged the memorandum of understanding.
