
Kathmandu,19 December: In order to take the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) agreement in the parliament, Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has demanded that there should be national consensus, answer the questions raised by the people about the MCC and end of obstruction in the parliament by the CPN-UML.
While Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has called a meeting of the ruling coalition with the parties in the government and an all-party meeting with the parties represented in the parliament, Speaker Sapkota has put forth three preconditions with his close ones about taking the MCC forward, according to reports.
