Kathmandu, 2 November: Justices boycotting benches demanding the resignation of Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana have returned to the bench to hear habeas corpus cases only.
The agitating justices resumed hearing on Monday after eight days. The apex court justices returned to the bench after Rana hinted that he was ready for graceful exit, according to reports. The ongoing protest had affected hundreds of hearings including habeas corpus.
