Kathmandu, 10 September: Main opposition party UML has prepared to disrupt the House session called for 1 pm today.
Questioning on the role of speaker Agni Sapkota, UML had disrupted the House session on Wednesday. Later, the speaker had adjourned the House session till I pm today.
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba had called the House session to endorse MCC, the American grant project and also the presentation of the modified budget replacing the budget presented through an ordinance by the previous government.
To note, the budget presented through an ordinance should be approved by the House by 15 September.
