Kathmandu, 17 July: The CPN UML Chair Khadga Oli has asserted that the verdict of the Supreme Court has dismantled party structure. Addressing the UML parliamentary party’s meeting on Friday, Oli viewed that the apex court’s order that the parties cannot impose whip on the members of parliament was wrong.
Meanwhile, the Standing Committee (SC)meeting of the party has endorsed the 10-point agreement of CPN (UML) Dispute Resolution Taskforce. The meeting decided to implement the agreement by endorsing it to settle party’s internal feud. The Taskforce formed at the consensus of CPN (UML) Chair Oli and disgruntled leader Madhav Kumar Nepal had forged 10-point agreement on July 11.
