Kathmandu, 13 July: Nepali Congress (NC)President Sher Bahadur Deuba has been appointed as the Prime Minister for the fifth time. Acting upon the mandamus order by the Supreme Court (SC) on Monday, President Bidya Devi Bhandari appointed Deuba to the post the top executive this afternoon.
The SC invalidating the move of Khadga Oli’s government of dissolving the House of Representatives (HoR), had issued a mandamus in the name of the office of the President to appoint NC President Deuba within two days.
